Shipping policy

In peek season and due to a high demand, orders can take approximately 3-4 working days to dispatch, however we aim to have orders shipped between 2 to 3 days.  Before contacting us please allow 4 days since the date of purchase.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND COURIERS

UK, Nation Wide delivery throughout England, Scotland and Wales via DPD & Hermes. 

Delivery to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is via DPD & Hermes. 

Orders are handed to our courier (Monday – Friday). DPD & Hermes deliver Monday - Friday however not at the weekend. Orders collected by DPD & Hermes on Friday will unfortunately not be delivered until the Monday after.

Standard delivery costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. The cost of shipping for your order will be clearly stated on the checkout page.

The primary courier service used for UK mainland deliveries is Hermes. 

Tracking details will be provided to you after you have purchased, you can find them in your order details page if you created an account and were logged in when you placed the order. If you didn’t create an account, please contact us and we’ll send you the tracking details directly.

We accept no liability for any missing orders if the tracking information for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the provided address.
